Mindfulness

Lower school students have a dedicated Mindfulness class once a week to guide them in the practice of centering, focusing, and exploring strategies to be more mindful in their daily lives. Middle school students have mindfulness activities incorporated into both their advisory meetings as well as subject classes, depending on the needs of the group.
