The Acorn Fund

Acorn Fund: Blue Oak School’s Annual Fund

The Acorn Fund brings the Blue Oak experience to life. Through this annual community effort, families, grandparents, alumni, faculty, and friends come together to support the people and programs that make our school distinctive.

Tuition covers only part of the cost of a Blue Oak education. The Acorn Fund helps provide exceptional teachers, meaningful learning opportunities, and experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

Every family is invited to participate with a gift that is meaningful to them. Gifts of every size make a direct difference for our students and strengthen the community we share.

The Acorn Fund in Action: What Your Gift Makes Possible

The Acorn Fund helps bring the Blue Oak experience to life by supporting the people, programs, and opportunities that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help students grow with purpose.

Funds raised through the Acorn Fund support:

Experiential Learning: Field trips, BreakAway! experiences, and athletics are included so students can explore, participate, and learn beyond the classroom without additional cost to families.

Exceptional Teachers: Ongoing professional development that helps our educators bring thoughtful, engaging teaching into every classroom.

Specialist Programs: Dedicated instruction in Spanish, Music, Art, PE, Mindfulness, and Library gives students more ways to discover their interests and deepen their learning.

Intentional Classroom Communities: Small classes allow teachers to know students well, support their growth, and create a strong sense of belonging.

Our Goal for the 2026-2027 School Year:      $150,000
