During the 2024-2025 academic year, Blue Oak School launched a comprehensive two-phase strategic planning process to identify long term goals rooted in our identity and values. This plan was informed by perspectives of all constituencies and developed through the partnership between the Board of Trustees and the school’s leadership, supported by external educational consultants
